All of the products that you see in the shop are not held in stock and still needs to be made. The manufacturing time for each product is stated in the manufacturers' detail page and in the description of the product. Manufacturing only starts when the full amount is reflected in our bank account. Delivery times are generally about 5 working days after completion of the product.
What if I am not happy with the product that I bought?
At touchit we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with what you bought. If something is damaged or flawed when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to either have the product replaced, or to give you a full refund. However, it is important to note that most of these pieces are handmade and no two are identical. Materials used are sometimes antique or recycled and therefore very limited. The general look and feel of the product will be the same as the picture. The slight discrepancies that may exist only adds to their character, and will ensure that you are buying something unique.
How much will delivery be?
The cost is calculated by the online shipping system's calculator and depends on the weight of your product, and which delivery method you choose. You can choose between Counter to Counter and Counter to Door services. Please contact us if you want to order more than one product from a specific supplier, so we can adjust your shipping rate accordingly.
Can I have something custom made?
It is definitely possible to have something made just for you. Please contact me with what you want and we can work from there.
Do you have a privacy policy?
All the information you give us is strictly only for personal identification purposes. None of it is given, shared or sold to any third party. If you feel that this policy as been breached, please let us know immediately.
What is your payment policy?
At the moment you have the option to pay either by direct debit or by EFT. We are working on having a credit card option very soon.
